Who
Anyone who is 18 years or older. I have a lot of experience with students, young professionals, expats, and previously diagnosed individuals with AD(H)D who want to learn the latest insights and methods.

What
The focus is on developing a unique and personal toolbox. In this way, you will learn to stay balanced and be able to deal with setbacks independently in the future.
This involves applying techniques from different forms of treatment: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema therapy.
Where
The conversations can take place via a video call or while walking through Amsterdam, wherever you feel the most comfortable.

/~ 60 minutes consultation
A free screening phone call is always available beforehand.
You can also purchase packages of 5 or 10 sessions at €80 per session.
You are not required to commit to a set number of sessions. For some, one session may be enough. Sessions can take place weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on what works best for you.
There is no no-show policy. Your intrinsic motivation is key; this is about you, and I trust that you will keep your appointments or reschedule them in a timely manner if needed.
You will receive an invoice after the session.*
If you are a student or currently unable to afford it, we can explore possible options together.
*No Label Psychology falls under uninsured care. Therefore, the waiting times are short and you can get professional psychological help without a referral from your doctor. I am a member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP), which means I am obligated to abide by the professional code. I also fall under the disciplinary law of the NIP. Your data will be handled carefully and confidentially.
Counseling is reimbursed by a number of health insurers from the additional health insurance or under alternative care/psychosocial therapy.

About me
Marie-Louise Feldbrugge
In 2019, I graduated in clinical developmental psychology. Since then I’ve been working full-time as a psychologist (PSYCHOLOOG NIP) in a GGZ institution. There, I provide long-term complex treatments to adults in English, German and Dutch. I have affinity with AD(H)D and trauma treatments.
I have certificates in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), schema therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As part of my work, l regularly attend seminars at the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP), and study scientific research and literature.
My special attention and personal interest go to the connection between body and brain, mindfulness, the stress system and positive psychology. With my personal experience with AD(H)D, I have developed an effective toolbox for myself, which I gladly share with my clients! Mindfulness (meditation) and yoga play a central rol in my life and treatments.
