Mission and vision
No one is perfect. Everyone can have a conversation with a psychologist once in a while. Each new phase in your life may cause symptoms to arise. On the one side, these symptoms may appear in your studies, work, relationships or they may be found in your internal self. These internal struggles may include a negative self-image or wrestling with your identity and the meaning of life, which all impact the unconsciousness. Or perhaps, you have had an unpleasant experience in the past, which has not yet been fully resolved, limiting you from achieving your much deserved full potential. Getting stuck in your life is not a problem at all, and if you do, you do not have to deal with it alone!
In our culture, you are often expected to solve everything on your own. Getting help from a psychologist is not everywhere seen as normal. Precisely this "taboo" in society makes the step to get help more daring, so the problems arising can only get worse. The sooner you seek help, the sooner you can reduce and eliminate your symptoms. It's okay to ask for help and sometimes, one good conversation can be enough!
The idea behind No Label Psychology is to develop a unique and personal toolbox. This toolbox will aid you to stay internally balanced in times of setbacks, inevitably occurring in the future.
